Balance for life is authorized to change appointment times and modify fees at any time.

At Balance for Life, we generally ask for a clients name, address etc. and possibly medical data. All data is strictly confidential and no third parties shall receive this information. The therapist will only take note of necessary medical information, in order to treat the client.

Liability:
Balance for Life accepts no liability for damage as a result of accidents, theft, fire or any other damage-causing occurrences, unless it is caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Balance for life is not responsible for possible physical or other damages, that occur during the activities of Balance for life, they are at clients risk.

The practice, Balance for life, is not responsible for possible suffering and damage as a result of inadequacies on file or on the Internet site.

It is always advisable to inform your physician before beginning any treatment.

There can be no rights derived from the file and/or the Internet site.

Payment conditions:
Refund of the massage treatment is not possible, unless differently corresponded.

To cancel an appointment, at least 24 hours notice has to be given or charges apply.

Gift orders obtained at Balance for life are valid for 1 year as stated on the gift order.
